Simple Strawberry Cobbler

Ingredients
FILLING:
6 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
1 pint strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
BISCUIT TOPPING:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Argo® Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
For Filling: Combine sugar and corn starch in a 1 to 1.5-quart casserole. Add strawberries and lemon juice; toss to coat.
For Biscuit Topping: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir milk and oil into flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
Drop biscuit topping in 4 mounds on top of filling.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
