Easy Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons butter OR margarine
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Flour Mix*
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325˚F
  2. Melt butter and stir in cocoa. Pour into mixing bowl; stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well by hand. Fold in flour mix, salt and chocolate chips. Add chopped nuts if desired. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
