Microwave Sunny Citrus Pie

Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
4 teaspoons Argo® Corn Starch
2/3 cup milk
3/4 cup (6 ounces) frozen concentrate for lemonade, thawed
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 cup orange juice
1 container (8 ounces) lite whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions
Combine sugar and corn starch in a large microwaveable bowl. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Stir in lemonade concentrate, egg yolks and orange juice until blended.
Microwave on HIGH (100%), stirring twice with a wire whisk, 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture boils; boil 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Press plastic wrap to surface of mixture. Chill 1 hour.
Stir mixture until smooth; gently fold in half of the whipped topping. Pour into crust. Top pie with remaining whipped topping spreading evenly to cover filling. Chill 3 hours or until set.
