Peach Melba Sauce
A delicious topping for ice cream, angel food cake or pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup orange juice OR water
- 2 cups frozen, sliced peaches
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
- Combine sugar, corn starch and orange juice in 2-quart saucepan. Add peaches.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Stir in raspberries, nutmeg and almond extract; cook and stir 1 minute longer.
- Serve over ice cream, pound cake or pancakes.
