Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Use this baking mix in place of wheat flour in a variety of baked recipes.

  • 6 cups Argo® Corn Starch
  • 3 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons xanthan gum


  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.  Store in tightly closed container.
  2. Use this mix to make cookies, brownies, scones and pie crust.  All Gluten-Free recipes calling for Gluten-Free Flour Mix on this web site have been tested using this flour mix.
