Ginger Orange Sauce

A delicious finishing sauce for chicken, fish or pork.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice and corn starch in a small saucepan. Whisk in ginger, garlic powder and salt. Cook over medium heat until sauce comes to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Stir in orange marmalade.
  2. Brush over baked chicken or salmon the last 10 minutes of cooking.
