Egg Drop Soup Express

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes OR 2 tablespoons concentrated chicken base
  • 2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and white or black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine bouillon cubes, water and corn starch in a large saucepan. Bring to boil while stirring constantly over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
  2. Slowly add beaten eggs in a steady stream while stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
