Egg Drop Soup Express

Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes OR 2 tablespoons concentrated chicken base
- 2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
- 2 egg beaten
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and white or black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine bouillon cubes, water and corn starch in a large saucepan. Bring to boil while stirring constantly over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
- Slowly add beaten eggs in a steady stream while stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
