Creamy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
10 ounces frozen carrots
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sliced green onion OR 1/4 small onion
1 tablespoon butter OR margarine
1 teaspoon dried dillweed OR 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
Dill sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions
Combine carrots, orange juice, onion, butter, dillweed and salt in a 3-quart saucepan. Cook according to carrot package directions, using the orange juice as cooking liquid.
Combine milk and corn starch in a blender container. Add carrot mixture. Cover and blend at low speed until smooth. Return to saucepan.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute.
Garnish with dill, if desired.
