Pina Colada Sauce
Perfect on ice cream, cake or even French toast or pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
- 1 can (20 ounces) juice-packed crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 cup water OR pineapple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Directions
- Combine sugar, corn starch, crushed pineapple and water in 2-quart saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in allspice, cloves, rum extract and coconut.
- Serve over ice cream, pound cake or pancakes. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
