Creamy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion OR 1/4 small onion
- 1 tablespoon butter OR margarine
- 1 teaspoon dried dillweed OR 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
- Dill sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Combine carrots, orange juice, onion, butter, dillweed and salt in a 3-quart saucepan. Cook according to carrot package directions, using the orange juice as cooking liquid.
- Combine milk and corn starch in a blender container. Add carrot mixture. Cover and blend at low speed until smooth. Return to saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil
1 minute.
- Garnish with dill, if desired.
