Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate Chippers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup butter OR margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Argo® Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups quick oats (not instant)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cream shortening, butter and brown sugar in a large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in corn syrup, milk, egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and oats; mix on low speed until combined. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges begin to brown. Remove cookies from baking sheet to cool on wire rack.
